Inner Healing and Deliverance

Jesus Came to Set the Captives Free!

Inner Healing and Deliverance is probably the most misunderstood terms in and out of the church. When these terms are used you will typically get one of three responses. 1. "I don't believe in that stuff." 2. "Christian's can't have demons." 3. "That's some crazy stuff and no one needs to mess with it or have anything to do with it."

Our team of counselors have had countless success freeing individuals from demonic activity and attacks. Most people will deny that demons really exist or can affect anyone until they encounter it for themselves. An up close and personal experience with a demon will change the way you think about the subject of demons and how they affect people's lives. Most people who have a demon attached or are being influenced by demons have no idea. It doesn't make a person bad or evil. It just means an evil spirit is trying to drive them away from God. It happens more times than you might think. The mission of a demon is to kill, steal, and destroy. Christian's can absolutely have demons attached to them and they can be manipulated by evil spirits. We have seen many! The good news is demon spirits have to submit to the authority of Jesus Christ! This is where Hope & Compassion can help!

The truth of the matter is that there is a God who is real and there is a devil who is real. The devil's primary goal is to convince people that God is responsible for all the bad things that happen. After all isn't' God in control? In reality, we all make choices and decisions that cause events to take place in our life. When we make bad decisions, we open our self up to the ways of the enemy. We give power and a right of passage to the enemy when we partner with him. In other words, If you sin against someone, it will in most cases create dysfunction and consequences you probably won't like. When you bless someone, you will most likely be greeted with a reward or love.

From early in our childhood we either receive acceptance or love. Sometimes it's a mixture of both and sometimes it's one extreme or the other. When abuse happens it gives way to the enemy to plant seeds of hate and anger. As an individual matures they will hold onto these emotions, In most cases they go undetected until they get close with someone. You think you know someone and then all the sudden out of the blue they get extremely angry over something you thought was insignificant. This would be an example of those seeds the enemy planted during childhood. If this root issue of anger is not addressed and handled then it will continue. As time goes on this emotion of anger can take bring forth other emotions such as depression and hatred. At this point an individual who struggles with these issues will have a hard time cultivating any type of relationship.
